About KeepCert

KeepCert does one job. You add your properties and your safety certificates — gas, EICR, EPC and the rest — and we keep an eye on the expiry dates. When something is getting close, we email you. That's it. No dashboards to learn, no setup weekend.

We built it because compliance admin is quietly exhausting. The rules keep changing, the dates never line up, and a missed certificate can turn into a fine or an invalid insurance policy. Most of the software built for landlords answers that with more: more features, more tabs, more monthly cost. Most landlords just wanted a reminder.

So KeepCert stays deliberately small. Your certificates live in one tidy list with a green, amber or red marker, your files are stored privately, and the reminders arrive without you doing anything. If you never log in for six months, it still works — that's rather the point.

It's made for self-managing landlords in the UK and for people with a handful of properties who don't have an agent doing the chasing. If that's you, it's free for up to three properties, and it takes a couple of minutes to set up.
