Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's a Cancel subscription button in your account settings — one click, one confirmation, no emails or phone calls. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and all your records stay put.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Nothing is deleted. You'll be asked to move up a plan before adding another property — Starter covers 3, Portfolio covers 10, and above that we'll agree Enterprise pricing with you.
Do you store my certificate files securely?
Yes. Files are kept in private storage that only your account can open, and download links are short-lived and unique to you. Nobody else can browse or guess them.
What is the Evidence Pack?
A single tidy PDF of all current certificates for a property — handy for agents, insurers or councils. It's coming soon and will be included with Portfolio.
