Your data stays yours

KeepCert holds documents you'd rather not lose. Here's how we look after them, without the jargon.

• Your certificates are stored privately and encryptedFiles you upload live in private storage. They're encrypted, and links to them are short-lived and only ever created for you.
• Only you can see your data — never shared or soldYour properties, dates and documents belong to you. We don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone who doesn't need it to run KeepCert.
• You can delete your data at any timeDelete a single certificate, a whole property, or your entire account. When you delete your account, the files go too.
• Your password is never stored as textSign-in is handled securely, passwords are hashed, and repeated failed attempts are slowed down automatically.
• Everything travels over a secure connectionKeepCert is served over HTTPS, so what you send and download stays between you and us.
